Question about midi files

Downloaded one of those midi song files where it has the whole song in one file

Is there a way to switch off all the CC controls ?

All I want is the notes – don’t want anything else.

When I play it, it changes the sounds and volume on my Jupiter 80 to the point of having to switch off the synth and restart
